CBRE is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to perform analyses to back business conclusions with sound data research. The role sits within Data Science & Analytics and focuses on data aggregation, reporting, and BI-driven insights across global real estate operations.

The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to communicate complex data clearly. This role emphasizes data quality, process standardization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Coordinate data aggregation and curate complex reports using BI and reporting applications.
• Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse, and standardize information to generate insights.
• Exhibit rigor and present a detailed ‘data story’ to multiple levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with the agile development team to provide recommendations and communications on processes.
