Qualifications

• BA degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s with <2 years of experience.
• Strong financial planning, analysis, and accounting skills.
• Ability to gather and synthesize data from multiple systems.
• Problemsolver with strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and collaborative.
• Ability to excel in fast-paced, remote-team settings.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUPs, macros).
• Experience supporting process or program improvements.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust (US Citizen or Green Card Holder with 3+ years residency).

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed, accurate monthly FAA invoices and substantiation.
• Recommend improvements to invoice accuracy and cost support.
• Track billing lags, journal entries, and resolve withheld invoice lines and timecard corrections.
• Support task order development, pricing, and funding management.
• Participate in weekly ODC and Travel reconciliations.
• Track subcontractor costs and funding.
• Report overtime metrics to FAA customers.
• Work with Task Order Managers on monthly ETC updates and forecasting accuracy.
• Respond to financial dashboard inquiries.
• Manage Work Authorization Documents (WADs) and weekly reconciliations.
• Support funding tracking and resolution with Subcontracts and Contracts teams.
• Present financial status updates to FAA customers.
• Set up charge numbers, reconcile billing lags, and support pcard and FedEx reconciliations.
• Prepare weekly journal entries (overhead and travel adjustments).
• Support adhoc cost reporting and performance analysis.
