Grow Therapy is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst to drive data-driven insights and reporting in Product. You will join a team of analysts, data scientists, and engineers, supporting Lives Covered with a focus on Billing & Payments features.

The role emphasizes analytics across product launches, experimentation, dashboards, and data storytelling to empower executives and stakeholders. We value candidates with healthcare data experience and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics experience tackling cross-functional problems.
• Strong SQL and experimental design skills (A/B testing).
• Expertise in building dashboards and data visualizations (Hex ideal).
• Experience with data modeling (dbt) or willingness to learn.
• Passion for data storytelling and executive-level summaries.
• Experience analyzing healthcare data across claims lifecycle and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize analytical needs with Product and stakeholders to support launches and decisions.
• Develop and maintain core product/performance dashboards on scalable datasets.
• Support experimentation and A/B testing with design, execution, and conclusions.
• Create compelling visualizations and storytelling assets for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with data scientists/engineers to improve data availability, integrity, and pipelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve claims collection and reduce billing friction.
