Job summary

Grow Therapy in San Francisco seeks a Data Analyst to drive data-driven insights for our Lives Covered Billing & Payments product area. You will join a broader analytics team to deliver reporting and experimentation across product lines.

You will partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to build robust dashboards, support A/B testing, and tell compelling narratives with data for executives and stakeholders. A passion for expanding access to mental health care is key.

Qualifications

• 3+ years using analytics to tackle business problems across multiple product areas.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of experimental design (A/B tests).
• Experience building dashboards/data visualizations for stakeholders.
• Experience with data modeling (dbt) or eagerness to learn.
• Ability to tell data-driven stories and summarize takeaways for executives.
• Experience analyzing healthcare data, particularly claims lifecycle and billing.
• Clear communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and technical stakeholders to prioritize analytical needs.
• Develop and maintain core product and performance reporting and dashboards.
• Support experimentation and A/B testing with design, execution, and analysis.
• Create visualizations and storytelling assets to communicate insights.
• Collaborate on complex analytics projects including data modeling and OKRs.
• Improve data availability, quality, and logging with data engineers/scientists.
• Identify opportunities to optimize claims collection and reduce billing friction.
