Job summary

Grow Therapy seeks a Sr. Data Analyst to drive data-driven insights and reporting in Product, supporting Lives Covered billing and payments.

You’ll join a broader analytics team of analysts, data scientists, and data engineers, contributing to reporting, analytics, and experimentation projects. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven decisions, develop scalable dashboards, and support A/B testing, data modeling, and storytelling for executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics experience across multiple product areas and teams.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of experimental design (A/B).
• Proven ability to build business-critical dashboards and data visualizations (Hex preferred).
• Experience with data modeling (dbt) or willingness to learn.
• Passion for data storytelling and presenting insights to executives.
• Experience analyzing healthcare data, particularly claims lifecycle and billing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and stakeholders to prioritise analytics needs and support launches and ad hoc requests.
• Develop and maintain core product and performance reporting with scalable datasets.
• Support experimentation and A/B testing from design to conclusions.
• Create data visualizations and storytelling assets for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate on complex analytical projects including data modeling and OKR development.
• Work with data scientists/engineers to improve data availability, integrity, and logging.
• Identify opportunities to improve claims collection and reduce billing frictions.
