Job summary

Cherry, a fast-growing FinTech, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own analytics for our Product teams and help drive company-wide strategic goals. You will design experiments, measure the impact of product launches, and translate data into actionable insights for executives and cross-functional partners.

You will collaborate with product, strategy, and growth teams to analyze user behavior, build dashboards, and influence product direction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analytics experience delivering high-impact insights.
• Background in product, strategy, or growth analytics; fintech/startup experience preferred.
• Excellent SQL skills and ability to design analytics frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Insight Generation: Perform analysis on complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and trends; Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for product teams and executives; Utilize advanced analytical techniques for strategic initiatives.
• Product Analytics: Analyze user behavior and product performance; Provide insights to enhance user experience and drive product strategy; Develop and maintain product dashboards and KPIs.
• Strategic Contribution: Identify opportunities for data-driven insights to enhance long-term strategy; Align analytics with organizational objectives; Participate in strategic planning discussions.
• Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration among distributed Analytics team members; Share knowledge to elevate team capabilities; contribute to a positive team culture.
• Liaison with Business Units: Serve as liaison between Strategy & Analytics and other units; Understand data needs and ensure effective communication; facilitate integration of analytics into decision-making.
