Job summary

Quickbase is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Operational Intelligence to strengthen self-service analytics across the organization. You will partner with Product and Customer Success to translate questions into reliable reporting and insights, with emphasis on data quality, governance, and scalable data models.

You will design Snowflake data models, maintain dbt-based components, and deliver dashboards for core KPIs while communicating clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data analytics, BI, or operations analytics.
• Advanced SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience with dbt, Snowflake, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs across product adoption, customer health, retention, and operational performance.
• Serve as the primary analytics partner for Product and Customer Success teams.
• Design and maintain Snowflake data models for self-service reporting.
• Contribute to the governed data layer with dbt models and tests.
• Define and document key business metrics for consistency and trust.
• Build reusable datasets and clear metric definitions for self-serve analytics.
• Support business reviews and executive reporting cycles with timely data.
• Ensure data quality and performance across analytics workflows.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on modeling standards and architecture.
• Contribute to Snowflake semantic layer for self-service analytics.
