Job summary

APPLY is seeking a data-driven BI professional to design and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI. You will partner with Data Engineering to migrate data models and ensure accurate, governance-compliant reporting across BigQuery and Snowflake.

You will own the full reporting lifecycle from requirements to stakeholder walkthroughs, mentor teammates, and explore AI-assisted analytics to uncover actionable insights for marketing and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, CS, Statistics, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in BI, data analytics, or hybrid analytics engineering role.
• Strong SQL across BigQuery and/or Snowflake with complex queries, CTEs, and window functions.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards/reports in Looker Studio and/or Power BI.
• Working knowledge of dbt for data modeling and transformation.
• Familiarity with Dagster, Airflow, or similar workflow tools.
• Understanding of data governance and privacy concepts (OneTrust or similar).
• Experience with CRM/MarTech data sources (Customer.io, Twilio Segment).
• Some Python/data engineering skills and strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and reports (Looker Studio & Power BI) to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on data models during migrations (GCP-to-Azure/Snowflake) with regression-free reporting.
• Perform exploratory data analysis across BigQuery/Snowflake to identify trends and opportunities.
• Write and optimize SQL; build/maintain dbt models for scalable data marts.
• Work on Dagster-orchestrated data pipelines and contribute to data model design.
• Prototype agentic AI and data science solutions to accelerate data-driven actions.
• Apply data governance to privacy workflows and ensure correct handling of PII.
• Own end-to-end reporting lifecycle: requirements, modeling, validation, stakeholder walkthroughs.
