• Strong command of SQL and scripting languages (R or Python).
• Experience using BI software such as Looker.
• Experience in oncology, cancer genomics, molecular biology, or clinical trials.
• Experience building client-ready deliverables and outputs.
• Experience translating raw data into practical insights and recommendations.
• Experience with data manipulation, cleaning, and visualization.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Ability to take ownership of deliverables and manage multiple projects.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical data models using dbt and SQL based on business needs and interoperability between data models.
• Develop reports for central monitoring, KPI metrics, and visualization of study performance.
• Develop data automation pipelines for data delivery and post-processing of raw data.
• Support integration of data across data marts and de-identification of protected health information.
• Support best practices in code maintenance, validation and documentation.
