Tempus AI seeks an experienced Senior Data Analyst to design and execute clinical evidence studies aimed at delivering personalized cancer care. You will build data models, automate delivery pipelines, and produce KPI dashboards for real-time insights.

The role emphasizes collaboration with researchers and clinicians to translate complex data into actionable findings. You will work with dbt, SQL, Python/R, and Looker to create analysis-ready datasets, while ensuring data quality and PHI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare analytics.
• Strong command of SQL and scripting (R or Python).
• Experience using BI software such as Looker.
• Experience in oncology or cancer genomics and clinical trials.
• Experience delivering client-ready outputs and insights.
• Ability to translate disorganized data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical data models using dbt and SQL.
• Create centralized monitoring reports and KPI visualizations.
• Build data automation pipelines and post-processing routines.
