Job summary

Tempus is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to design and execute clinical evidence studies, enabling personalized care for cancer patients. You will craft data models with dbt and SQL, build dashboards in Looker, and deliver analysis-ready datasets for real-world evidence across diverse data sources.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Life Sciences or Healthcare analytics, strong SQL, Python or R skills, and experience with oncology or clinical trials.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare analytics or consulting.
• Strong command of SQL and scripting languages (R or Python).
• Experience with BI software such as Looker.
• Experience in oncology, cancer genomics, molecular biology, or clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical data models using dbt and SQL to meet business needs and interoperability requirements.
• Develop reports for central monitoring, KPI metrics, and visualization of study performance.
• Build data automation pipelines for delivery and preparation of analysis-ready datasets.
• Support data integration across data marts and manage de-identification of protected health information.
• Maintain code quality through documentation and best practices.
