Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in life sciences analytics or consulting in healthcare
• Strong SQL and scripting in R or Python
• Experience with Looker BI
• Experience with oncology/genomics data or clinical trials
• Ability to translate raw data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Excellent communication across diverse audiences

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical data models using dbt and SQL based on business needs and data interoperability
• Develop reports for central monitoring, KPI metrics, and visualization of study performance
• Create data automation pipelines for data delivery and post-processing of raw data
• Support data integration across data marts and manage de-identification of PHI
• Maintain and document code and best practices
