Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare analytics.
• Strong SQL and scripting skills (R or Python).
• Experience using Looker for BI and visualization.
• Experience in oncology/cancer genomics or clinical trials.
• Experience building client-ready deliverables and outputs.
• Ability to translate disorganized data into actionable insights.
• Data manipulation, cleaning and visualization experience.
• Excellent communication across diverse audiences.
• Ability to own deliverables and manage multiple projects.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop clinical data models using dbt and SQL based on business needs and data interoperability.
• Develop reports for central monitoring, KPI metrics, and data visualization of study performance.
• Build data automation pipelines for data delivery and post-processing of raw data.
• Support data integration across data marts, including de-identification of PHI.
• Support code maintenance, validation and documentation best practices.
