Job summary

9amHealth seeks a Data Analyst to partner with Customer Success, building and maintaining dashboards and reports that power QBRs and ad hoc analyses.

You will own the reporting lifecycle end-to-end, develop LookML models, and write scalable SQL across Redshift and Athena to enable data-driven decisions. AI tools will be integrated to accelerate development and storytelling of insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or BI-focused roles.
• Expert-level SQL with complex joins, window functions, and performance tuning.
• Strong Python skills for data analysis, scripting, and automation.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own client-facing analytics and dashboards for Quarterly Business Reviews and ad hoc requests.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to translate business questions into analytical frameworks.
• Develop production-quality LookML models, explores, and dashboards in Looker.
• Write complex SQL across Redshift, Aurora/MySQL, and Athena to extract and analyze data at scale.
• Develop Python scripts/notebooks for data wrangling, automated reporting, and analytics workflows.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate query development, data exploration, and documentation.
• Identify AI-powered use cases in the analytics workflow and surface actionable insights.
