Doma Technology LLC is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own Looker and evolve our BI reporting foundation. You’ll connect Snowflake with Looker, build dashboards, maintain data models, and safeguard data quality across Operations, Finance, and Data Science.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years contributing to data analytics, business intelligence, or data science projects.
• Professional experience using Looker — LookML, dashboard design, and data modeling.
• Ability to write complex SQL joins.
• Professional experience writing code with Python, Git, and similar tools.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts across the company, including Operations, Finance, and senior leadership.
• Strong opinions, loosely held, about all things data.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Looker dashboards and data models used by Operations, Finance, and Data Science.
• Own the connectivity between Snowflake and Looker — pipelines, data models, and integrations end-to-end.
• Oversee data quality and data provenance across the reporting layer.
• Be the primary Looker contact company-wide — triaging requests, setting dashboard standards.
• Enable rapid insights through operational reporting and vendor management as needed.
• Explore agentic AI reporting tools to enable self-serve ad hoc questions without new tickets.
