Job summary

Citigroup Inc. seeks a Senior Data Analyst to drive data-driven execution for a multi-year KYC modernization program in Jacksonville, FL. You will interrogate delivery data, replace narrative updates with insights, and act as the analytical engine for the Execution Office, guiding leadership decisions.

You will own Epic-driven dashboards, analyze velocity and blockers, and automate data pipelines to maximize time for analysis. Collaboration with Initiative Manager and execs is essential.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in data analysis, PMO, or on a large-scale technology transformation program.
• Expert-level Jira with dashboard building, advanced JQL, and Epic/story/dependency structure.
• Experience with Excel, Tableau, or Power BI for data visualization.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proactive problem-solving with ability to explain the 'why' behind the numbers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
• Experience with Zephyr testing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the Epic-Driven Daily Execution Dashboard from Jira/Zephyr data for a single-pane view for executives.
• Prepare dashboards for the weekly Execution War Room, highlighting blockers, risks, and trends.
• Automate data pulls and visuals to reduce manual reporting time.
• Analyze delivery velocity, sprint performance, and defect trends to forecast bottlenecks.
• Identify root causes of blockers and defects, with actionable recommendations.
• Ensure Jira and Zephyr data hygiene and correct linking of test cases to Epics.
• Support executive reporting with quantitative insights for Steering Committee meetings.
