Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an AML/KYC Data & Analytics Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear requirements and deliver high-quality analytics and reporting to support governance and compliance objectives.

You will validate data, cleanse and reconcile datasets using SQL and Alteryx, and build Tableau dashboards for insights into delivery progress and KYC journeys. collaborative, delivery-focused role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
• Hands-on experience with data analytics tools (SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Alteryx, Hadoop, Trifacta, Teradata).
• Familiarity with data mining, statistical modeling, machine learning and other advanced analytics methods.
• Effective communication skills to enable collaboration, decision-making, and transparency, with great presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build analytics and reporting to support AML/KYC governance and compliance objectives.
• Analyze data discrepancies and perform validation, cleansing, reconciliation.
• Create dashboards in Tableau to provide actionable insights and track delivery progress.
• Map data flow from source to report and document datasets for consistency.
• Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing insights for executives.
• Apply trend analysis, segmentation and other analytics to improve function performance.
• Collaborate with business SMEs to formulate data strategies and solutions.
• Support data leadership across the organization for AML/KYC programs.
• Contribute to pilot programs by analyzing performance and deriving insights.
• Adopt a growth mindset and collaborate across teams to strengthen processes.
