Job summary

Citi is seeking a KYC Modernization Execution Office Business Analyst in a Hybrid role to transform regulatory reporting and internal audit workflows. You will act as the analytical engine supporting the Initiative Manager with data insights and actionable recommendations.

You will replace narrative updates with data‑driven analysis, interrogate Jira/Zephyr data, and collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Control teams to deliver compliant, timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience focusing on regulatory reporting, internal audit, compliance, or risk management in financial services.
• Ability to gather requirements, analyze processes, and design solutions for complex financial systems.
• Ability to build internal relationships across franchises to drive common goals.
• Strong understanding of consumer financial services and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and define business requirements for regulatory reporting initiatives, internal audit findings remediation, and control‑related enhancements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Business, Technology, and Control functions to translate regulatory requirements into specifications.
• Facilitate resolution of complex issues identified through audits or regulatory reviews.
• Develop and maintain documentation for regulatory reporting processes and internal control procedures.
