Job summary

ShopFully SpA is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team. You will partner with Product, Data and Business teams, leading measurement strategies and analytics initiatives to uncover insights that drive strategic and operational decisions.

You’ll transform complex data into clear narratives, develop dashboards and tools, conduct impact analyses and A/B tests, and tell compelling data stories that highlight the value of our products across channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Analytics Lead.
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of data visualization and BI tools (ThoughtSpot, Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to automate analytics workflows.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate data into business narratives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify business questions and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Translate product requirements into clear data requirements and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Develop measurement strategies, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor product and business performance.
• Design and build dashboards and analytical tools to enable data-driven decisions.
• Conduct impact analyses and A/B tests to validate hypotheses.
