Job summary

Coverys is seeking a Senior Analyst to provide data-driven insights across internal functions. You will identify trends, manage deadlines, and ensure data accuracy in all work products.

You will extract, prepare, analyze, and report data using PowerBI, Alteryx, Excel, SAS/SQL, and related tools. You will partner with business units to define metrics, create dashboards, and implement analytics to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years analytics, informatics or statistics preferred.
• Proficient with relational databases and reporting tools.
• Proficient in Tableau, Excel, SQL or similar tools.
• Experience with Advanced Analytic Tools is a plus.
• Strong independent and team work capabilities.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand business problems and translate to data-driven solutions.
• Extract, transform, manipulate, analyze and report data using analytics tools.
• Develop dashboards and reports for various user levels.
• Coordinate data requirements between analytics and IT teams.
• Assist in data governance and data source integration.
• Explain complex analyses in a clear, actionable way.
• Train staff on data definitions and tool usage.
