Empower Retirement, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to partner with business and product teams to translate objectives into analytics solutions. You will design and develop reporting, dashboards, and analytics for multiple products, writing complex SQL across Redshift and Salesforce.

You will build dashboards with QuickSight/Tableau/Power BI and own analytics initiatives end to end. The role requires strong communication with stakeholders, the ability to manage multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, business, data science, information systems, or related field.
• Typically 7+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, reporting, or related discipline.
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to independently write and troubleshoot queries.
• Experience gathering, integrating, and validating data from multiple sources.
• Experience developing dashboards with Tableau/Power BI or QuickSight.
• Strong experience working with stakeholders to derive requirements and translate needs.
• Experience owning analytics projects from discovery to delivery.
