Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced SQL and Excel for data transformation.
• Proficiency with Python for transforming, analyzing, and visualizing data.
• Experience with BI/visualization platforms such as Tableau or Sigma.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or Redshift.
• 4+ years in banking, payment processing, or finance tech, plus 2+ years in B2B SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
• Ability to scope ambiguous problems independently and present data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Perform ad hoc analysis to surface trends and root causes across the product ecosystem.
• Partner with Data Engineering to automate data transformations based on analytical findings.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Partnerships, and Product to turn findings into actionable insights.
• Manage the full data lifecycle from collection to presentation, including qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Build rich, interactive visualizations to help stakeholders understand their area of the business.
• Communicate insights clearly through written summaries, presentations, and data storytelling for both technical and non-technical audiences.
