Job summary

Analytic Partners in Miami is seeking a finance professional to join our FP&A team. You will monitor key drivers, automate processes, and deliver actionable insights to influence decisions across departments.

Qualifications

  • BS Finance or Accounting is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of FP&A/Finance experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor key business drivers and understand the overall business model.
  • Deliver data-driven insights that inform decision-making.
  • Develop reporting tools as needed.
  • Maintain workforce planning projections.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and forecasting, highlighting opportunities and risks.
  • Assist in monthly closings with variance explanations and analytical support.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships.

What You'll be Doing:
  • Monitor key business drivers with a good understanding of the overall business model
  • Leverage ERP systems across Financials, Analytical and HR systems to automate and scale current processes.
  • Deliver data-driven and actionable insights that drive decision-making
  • Develop reporting tools as needed
  • Maintain workforce planning projections
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reporting, forecasting, reporting cycles, and analytics, communicating opportunities, risks, and performance issues to business segment leadership
  • Identify key drivers of performance and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Assist in monthly closing activities such as reviewing, researching and preparation of monthly variance explanations, accruals, and analytical support
  • Build and maintain strong, cross-functional relationships
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc reporting as assigned.

What We Look for in You:
  • BS Finance or Accounting required
  • Minimum of 3 years of FP&A/Finance related experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Power BI, and Tableau or a similar systems
  • SaaS, Consulting, or Financial Services experience is a plus
  • Multi-currency/FX reporting experience preferred
