Responsibilities

• Perform ad hoc analysis to surface trends and root causes across the product ecosystem.
• Partner with Data Engineering to automate data transformations based on analytical findings.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Partnerships, and Product to turn findings into actionable insights.
• Manage the full data lifecycle from collection to presentation, including qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Build rich, interactive visualizations to help stakeholders understand their area of the business.
• Communicate insights clearly through written summaries, presentations, and data storytelling for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Role overview

A Senior Data Analyst is needed to support FP&A, Partnerships, and Product functions by delivering analytics, automated reporting, and actionable insights. The position sits at the intersection of analytics, finance, and business strategy, partnering closely with Data Engineering to build scalable data models. The role is hired through an Employer of Record partner, with work aligned to the Czech Republic calendar and statutory framework.

Responsibilities

• Perform ad hoc analysis to surface trends and underlying root causes across the product ecosystem
• Partner with Data Engineering to automate data transformations based on analytical findings
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Partnerships, and Product teams to convert findings into business insights
• Manage the full data lifecycle, from collection and measurement through interpretation and presentation, including qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Build rich, interactive visualizations that help stakeholders understand their area of the business
• Communicate insights clearly through written summaries, presentations, and data storytelling tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills for data transformation
• Proficiency with Python for transforming, analyzing, and visualizing data
• Hands-on experience with a BI or visualization platform such as Tableau or Sigma
• Familiarity with modern data stacks, including cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or Redshift
• 4+ years of experience in banking, payment processing, or other finance technology, plus 2+ years in B2B SaaS or other subscription-based businesses
• Demonstrated ability to scope ambiguous problems independently and present data-driven recommendations

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to experimentation, cohort analysis, or product usage analytics
• Experience using generative AI tools to create interactive data tools and improve workflows
