Job summary

Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to transform business data into actionable insights. You will analyze and mine data, map data across the enterprise, and create data marts to support BI tools.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field and at least four years of experience in information systems with ETL, data warehousing, and reporting. A hybrid home/office schedule is available in Ridgeland, MS and neighboring regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
• 4 years: overall experience in information systems with ETL, application development, report development and/or data warehouse projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and mine business data to identify patterns and correlations.
• Map and trace data within the enterprise data framework to solve business or system problems.
• Design and create marts to support BI tools and provide data to end users.
• Perform statistical analysis of enterprise data and format results for presentations.
• Develop ETL strategies for data flows between source/target systems and the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
