You will collect, organize, and analyze data, develop SQL queries and Power BI dashboards, and translate business needs into effective analytics solutions. Ideal candidates have 0–2 years’ experience and a background in business intelligence and financial services.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2 years’ experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related field required.
• Experience working with large data sets and reporting tools required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite required.
• Experience using querying, joins, and aggregations within SQL required.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior team members to collect, organize, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and provide forecasts.
• Write, update, and maintain SQL queries, reports, and Power BI dashboards to track KPIs, quality, timeliness, and compliance.
• Translate business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions and evaluate data solutions to meet strategic needs.
• Conduct routine audits of systems and databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Prepare, review, and submit SSRs and respond to ad hoc data requests balancing turnaround time and accuracy.
• Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Apply basic statistical methods to interpret data patterns for informed decision-making.
• Design and format reports for non-technical audiences and document data definitions and sources to maintain a data dictionary.
• Support automation of recurring reporting processes and prepare materials for analysis and dashboards.
