Job summary

Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to guide data modeling and ETL design for the Enterprise Data Warehouse. You will actively participate in Data Governance initiatives and support analytics across operational and analytical databases.

Qualifications

Experience with data modeling and ETL design for data warehouses.
Familiarity with Data Governance initiatives and analytics across environments.
Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and translate into actionable insights.
Experience supporting Enterprise Data Warehouse and related data integration.
Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

Analyze and model enterprise data to identify patterns and correlations.
Design and document ETL strategies to move data between sources and the warehouse.
Create data marts to support BI tools and end-user reporting.
Perform statistical analysis and prepare useful presentations from data.
