Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company in Ridgeland, MS is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead data modeling, ETL design, and governance efforts for the Enterprise Data Warehouse. This role collaborates with the Data Analyst Lead to enable enterprise analytics and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Analyze and mine business data to identify patterns and correlations.
• Design and create marts to support BI tools and provide data to end users for business decisions.
• Establish, maintain, and enforce data integration standards across the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
• Participate in Data Governance initiatives to support the Enterprise Data Strategy.
• Collaborate closely with the Data Analyst Lead to support analytics initiatives.
