Job summary

Fanatics Markets is seeking a Data Analyst III to scale our prediction markets business, focusing on high-value customers. You will own performance tracking, executive reporting, and deep analytics that inform acquisition, engagement, and reinvestment strategies.

You will build and maintain Sigma dashboards, write advanced SQL, and partner with Data Engineering to ensure data integrity. You’ll translate insights into actionable recommendations and drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data engineering.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with large datasets.
• Strong Sigma/Tableau dashboard development and metrics tracking.
• Understanding of data engineering best practices and automation.
• Ability to translate data into revenue-driving recommendations.
• Experience with customer loyalty or high-value clientele is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Sigma dashboards to visualize high-value customer program performance and key business metrics.
• Develop SQL queries to extract, analyze, and manipulate large datasets, driving customer engagement insights.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize pipelines and ensure data integrity and scalability.
• Analyze sales operations, customer reinvestment trends, and engagement behaviors to inform prediction market program strategy.
• Develop predictive models to optimize customer segmentation, routing, and personalized high-value customer journeys.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve customer relationships, maximize engagement, and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Automate reporting processes and streamline data workflows for efficiency and scalability.
• Effectively communicate insights to commercial, marketing, operations, and executive leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives.
