Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Senior Analytics Analyst to build and own end-to-end reporting for Fanatics Live and Collect. You will turn complex data into clean, reliable dashboards and reports used by ops, finance, and CX stakeholders.

You will own data sources, partner with engineers, and mentor junior analysts while delivering accurate insights. This role is based in New York City and offers a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of expert-level SQL across large datasets (Snowflake a plus).
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards in a modern BI tool (Sigma preferred).
• Familiarity with AI tools/LLMs and their integration into reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards for ops, finance, and CX stakeholders.
• Migrate Excel-based and manual reports into the BI layer.
• Analyze shipping, fulfillment, payment, and CX data to surface trends and anomalies.
• Be the internal expert on data domains and mentor junior analysts.
• Collaborate with data engineers to understand data models and fix upstream issues.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate reporting and improve processes.
