Horizontal Talent is seeking a Sr Data Analyst to support healthcare-focused analytics around chart abstraction. You will work across program management, data analysis, and production support to improve workflows and resolve data issues that affect prospective chart collection efforts.

Responsibilities include writing SQL queries, analyzing data trends, triaging production incidents, and collaborating with developers and stakeholders to drive resolutions and test enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of SQL experience
• 5 years of data analytics experience
• Experience handling production issues and incident tickets
• Ability to create and execute test cases
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative problem solving with partners

Responsibilities

• Analyze data across applications to identify trends and discrepancies
• Write SQL queries to support reporting and issue investigation
• Monitor and triage incident tickets during production periods
• Partner with developers to research defects and drive resolutions
• Review and troubleshoot data to ensure accurate outcomes
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases for changes
