Job summary

Clarify Health Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to own the analytics behind healthcare metrics. You will shape how Clarify groups claims into analyzable units and craft the metrics and categories our products run on. This hands-on role centers on data methodology, quality tests, and production readiness.

You will scope requests, write specifications, and ensure reliable delivery, with SQL as your daily tool and a path to advanced scripting and pipeline work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, technical, or health-related field.
• Five+ years in data analysis or healthcare analytics.
• Advanced SQL; define grain and defend values.
• Experience in AWS and AI models for code development.
• Knowledge of healthcare data and claim codes.
• Production data experience with QA before release.
• Clear writing for specs and decision records.

Responsibilities

• Own the data methodology from development through QA into production.
• Define episode triggers, provider attribution, cost standardization, and quality numerators/denominators.
• Scope feature requests, write specs, and coordinate with engineers.
