Job summary

Luxury Presence in the U.S. is building a modern GTM analytics practice to empower sales, marketing, and client success with decision-ready insights. You’ll help shape Lighthouse, our BI-as-code platform, govern data models, and push agentic analytics to speed up analysis and automate recurring reporting.

You'll partner with leaders to translate questions into testable analyses, own dbt models with Salesforce data, and ship impactful metrics in two-week sprints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics/BI supporting GTM functions at a fast-growing company.
• Expert SQL and hands-on dbt experience modeling GTM data.
• Comfortable with Python for analysis and automation.
• Experience with Salesforce as a data source.
• Familiarity with a modern data stack: EL tooling and cloud warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver decision-ready analysis across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success: pipeline health, funnel conversion, campaign performance, retention drivers.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS to scope questions and see analyses through to a decision.
• Build structure for ambiguous asks by translating questions into testable analytical approaches.
