Pennylane is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Science & Analytics team. You will work on Acquisition data and help build a data-driven culture across the company, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and influencing business decisions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams, using SQL, DBT, and data visualization tools to shape strategy and improve processes across a rapidly growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills.
• Experience with DBT and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to grow the business using data insights.
• Partner with Sales & Operations leaders to inform strategy.
• Deliver rigorous analyses to steer decision-making across the business.
• Promote a self-service analytics culture and data-driven decision making.
• Contribute to shaping the Data Engineering roadmap and data platform improvements.
