Job summary

Thunkable is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to transform product and business data into actionable insights that shape product strategy, growth, and customer experience. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Leadership to define success metrics, measure impact, and support experimentation.

In this role, you’ll also help improve data quality by working with engineering on event tracking, integrating data from multiple systems, and ensuring analytics foundations

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or above in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of work experience in data analytics or similar quantitative roles.
• Experience with product analytics, experimentation, funnel analysis, retention, and user behavior analysis.
• Experience with event tracking instrumentation and collaborating with engineering teams to validate analytics implementations.
• Experience handling real-time and historical data, data cleaning, processing, modeling, and insights delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to identify opportunities and drive decisions through data.
• Conduct end-to-end product and growth analyses, including funnel, cohort, retention, segmentation, monetization, and experimentation.
• Define success metrics and evaluate impact of features, experiments, and initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, recurring reports, and self-service analytics for data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers to design, implement, validate, and maintain product event tracking in React interfaces.
• Improve data reliability by troubleshooting tracking issues affecting data integrity.
• Work with data from Amplitude, Google Ads, Meta Ads, payment systems, CRM, etc., to create a unified business view.
• Document metrics, tracking plans, and data definitions to improve organizational understanding.
