Thunkable is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to transform product and business data into actionable insights, shaping product strategy, growth, and customer experience. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Leadership to define success metrics, measure impact, and support experimentation.

Beyond analysis, you will improve data quality by working with engineering on event tracking, unifying data from multiple systems, and ensuring analytics foundations support better

Formación

• BA/BS degree or above in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in data analytics or other quantitative roles with a track record of delivering analytics projects.
• Experience with product analytics, experimentation, funnel analysis, retention, and user behavior analysis.
• Experience with event tracking instrumentation and collaborating with engineering teams to validate analytics implementations.
• Experience with handling real-time and historical data from the ground up, including data cleaning, processing, modeling, and insights delivery.
• Experience with SQL, R, Python or similar statistical programming tools.
• Experience with product and marketing analytics tools such as Amplitude and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication to explain analyses via visualization and storytelling.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to identify opportunities and drive data-informed decisions.
• Conduct end-to-end product and growth analyses including funnel, cohort, retention, segmentation, and monetization analyses.
• Define success metrics and evaluate the impact of features, experiments, and initiatives.
• Develop dashboards, recurring reports, and self-service analytics to enable data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers to design, implement, validate, and maintain product event tracking.
• Improve data reliability by troubleshooting tracking issues affecting data integrity.
• Work with data from multiple sources (Amplitude, Google Ads, Meta Ads, payment systems, CRM) to create a unified view of the business.
• Document key metrics, tracking plans, and data definitions.
