Thunkable is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. You’ll turn product and business data into actionable insights to influence product strategy, growth, and customer experience.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Leadership to define metrics, measure impact, and support experimentation while improving data quality across multiple systems.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree or above in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of work experience in data analytics or related roles.
• Experience with product analytics, experimentation, funnel analysis, retention, and user behavior analysis.
• Experience with event tracking instrumentation and collaborating with engineering teams to validate analytics implementations.
• Experience handling real-time and historical data from data cleaning, processing, modeling, insights delivery and execution.
• Experience in data queries and statistical programming tools (SQL, R, Python).
• Experience with product and marketing analytics tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to identify opportunities and influence product strategy through data.
• Perform end-to-end product and growth analyses including funnel, cohort, retention, segmentation, monetization, and experimentation.
• Define success metrics and evaluate impact of new features and experiments.
• Develop dashboards, recurring reports, and self-service analytics for data-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers to design and maintain product event tracking in React-based interfaces.
• Improve data reliability by troubleshooting tracking issues affecting data integrity.
• Work with data from Amplitude, Google Ads, Meta Ads, payment systems, CRM, and more to create a unified business view.
• Document key metrics, tracking plans, and data definitions to improve organizational understanding.
