Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking Senior Data Analysts and Product Managers to support the Defense & Security Segment. You will design dashboards and reporting solutions translating financial, logistics, and acquisition data into insights, while acting as a product manager for enterprise tech solutions aligned with audit readiness.

You will lead Agile teams, manage backlogs, engage stakeholders, and mentor junior staff, shaping modernization initiatives across ERP platforms and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Federal or DoD security clearance
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, financial management, or product management
• Experience creating data visualizations and reports using Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or similar tools
• Ability to gather requirements, manage stakeholders, and translate business needs into tech solutions
• Knowledge of federal financial management processes, audit readiness, compliance, and performance management

Responsibilities

• Design and develop executive dashboards, reports, and visualizations translating complex financial data into actionable insights
• Act as product manager for financial management and enterprise tech solutions with clear roadmaps
• Lead stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and guide cross-functional delivery
• Analyze business processes and ERP landscapes to identify modernization opportunities
• Support ERP and BI tool deployments, automation, and governance frameworks
