• Strong knowledge of federal financial management and audit readiness.

• Serve as a key contributor on data-driven transformation initiatives for Army Audit Readiness and financial management modernization.
• Design dashboards, reports, and visualizations translating data into actionable insights.
• Act as product manager for financial management and enterprise tech solutions with roadmaps.
• Lead stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and prioritize work across teams.
• Analyze processes and systems to identify modernization opportunities.
• Support implementation of ERP, analytics, and automation tools including Power BI, Qlik, Power Apps, Databricks.
• Provide SME on federal financial management and audit readiness.
• Ensure alignment with governance frameworks and organizational goals.
• Lead Agile teams and backlog management; mentor junior staff.
