Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Data Analyst to support data analytics and visualization, program evaluation, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and operational improvement engagements across federal civilian agencies.

This role will help clients transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support strategic decision making, organizational design and staffing model development, workforce planning, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in analytics, data science, economics, statistics, mathematics, business, engineering or related field.
• Three to five years of professional experience including 3+ years of quantitative analysis.
• Advanced Excel, data analysis and visualization skills; ability to join disparate datasets.

Responsibilities

• Collect, structure, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to produce actionable insights.
• Develop client-ready dashboards and analytical products for executive oversight.
• Perform forecasting, trend analysis, and scenario modeling for workforce planning and organizational design.
• Translate findings into client-ready recommendations and executive briefings.
• Support survey design, analysis, and qualitative research activities.
