Cadmus is seeking an analytical team member to apply advanced analytics to utility and government clients. The role focuses on data-driven insights, DSM topics, and strategic guidance across a broad energy landscape.

The successful candidate will design studies, perform econometric analyses, and communicate results to diverse audiences. A background in economics/statistics and hands-on experience with R/Python/Stata and data visualization is required.

Qualificações

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field with relevant work experience.
• Experience transforming data and performing statistical analyses using R, Python, or Stata.
• Experience building interactive web apps and data visualizations (R-Shiny or alternatives).
• Experience with databases and SQL.
• Strong inferential statistics, sampling, design, and regression analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Desire to grow professionally and tackle challenging work.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Familiarity with or experience in the energy sector or utilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead research design, data collection, data analysis, modeling tool development, and reporting for client engagements.
• Apply statistical methods to quantify program and policy impacts and provide recommendations.
• Communicate methods and findings clearly in reports, presentations, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Support project management, budgeting, and client communications; ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance.
• Build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication on status and findings.
• Identify opportunities to expand work with existing clients and support new proposals.
