Job summary

Central Garden & Pet is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst for eCommerce Media Performance to own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting across Amazon, Chewy, Walmart, Target, and other retailers.

The role blends eCommerce media expertise with analytics to drive decisions on retail media investments. Based in the United States with a hybrid office schedule, the analyst will partner with Finance and BU retail media leads to translate media insights into PDP performance, revenue, and profitability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• 3+ years of relevant CPG data analysis and dashboard building experience.
• 5+ years in a consumer-packaged goods or retail environment are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain standardized reporting on spend, ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, and KPIs.
• Provide budgets, keyword optimizations, and targeting strategies.
• Partner with Finance to connect media spend to revenue and margins.
• Develop playbooks for campaign setup, reporting cadence, and optimization levers.
