Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Organizational Management or Business Administration.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing and developing visualizations to drive decision making; preferably within MPL operations.
• Advanced knowledge and experience of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) required.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage time and confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Leads MPL’s data analytics and visualization development for multiple teams.
• Owns the metrics and KPIs within MPL’s Operational Excellence framework.
• Provides strategic planning support for MPL dashboards, goals, and metrics.
• Oversees the FSP budget and liaises among BP&A and leadership.
• Obtains, cleans, and prepares data from multiple sources for accuracy and reliability.
• Analyses large datasets to identify meaningful insights and trends.
• Develops analytical models to forecast trends and outcomes.
• Creates visually compelling dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Communicates findings with charts, graphs, and presentations.
• Ensures data integrity through audits and validation.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Drives continuous improvement and data governance initiatives.
• Builds sustainable data pipelines, automations, and advanced analytics solutions.
