Job summary

Marathon Petroleum’s Inland Marine team is seeking a Business Analyst based at the Findlay, OH corporate headquarters to partner with Analysts, Asset Development Representatives, and Schedulers in managing Inland Marine assets.

The role centers on benchmarking, forecasting, process improvement, market intelligence, data analytics, and month-end closeout, with an emphasis on collaboration and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Two or more years of experience required; industry-related preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop models, tools, dashboards, and reports to support Inland Marine operations.
• Provide analytical support for new opportunities and strategy development.
• Collect and maintain market intelligence for commercial and asset development.
• Execute ad-hoc analyses and presentations for Inland Marine Leadership.
• Build relationships with internal and external contacts to support the business.
