Job summary

Marathon Pipe Line (MPL) in Findlay, OH is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead data analytics and visualization for Field Services and Planning. You will manage data quality, dashboards, and performance metrics while supporting the Next Generation Maintenance and Mobility initiative.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of analytics experience, and advanced Power Platform skills (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 4+ years of data analytics and visualization experience.
Advanced knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) required.
Excellent verbal and written communication, and ability to work with confidential information.

Responsibilities

Leads MPL’s data analytics and visualization development for Field Services and Planning.
Owns metrics and KPIs within MPL’s Operational Excellence framework.
Oversees budget Liaison for FSP and supports vehicle fleet budgeting and process.
Creates clear dashboards and communicates insights to stakeholders.
