The role requires strong SQL and Power BI expertise, data governance, and the ability to mentor teammates while driving continuous BI platform improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in IT or related field; relevant BI experience may supplement.
• 5+ years of BI development experience.
• Proficient in SQL with joins, aggregations, indexes, views and nested queries.
• Advanced Power BI skills including Power Query, DAX, STAR schemas, and AI-assisted coding reviews.

Responsibilities

• Leads BI projects from initiation to completion.
• Collaborates with Data Engineers to optimize ETL pipelines.
• Extracts data from diverse structured and unstructured sources.
• Translates analytics into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
• Ensures data governance and security compliance.
• Mentors teammates in BI best practices.
