This role serves as the product owner for platform data and reporting, partnering with business, operations, technology, data, and executive stakeholders to transform underwriting and operational data into actionable insights that improve decision-making, increase efficiency, identify automation opportunities, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
• 7+ years combined experience in product management, banking operations, analytics, or related fields.
• 3+ years experience with Salesforce and/or nCino platforms.
• Experience with AI-enabled analytics and decision-support solutions is preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience creating executive dashboards and BI solutions.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent analytics platforms.
