Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Customer Insights, to drive VoC data analysis and real-time dashboards that inform strategic decisions. You will bridge technical datasets with business narratives across technology and marketing teams.

With 5+ years in data analytics, you will translate complex data into actionable insights, support ROI reporting, and lead VoC health discussions with stakeholders to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of data analytics or digital marketing analytics experience.
• Deep understanding of VoC metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and storytelling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze VoC data to identify trends, friction points, and growth opportunities.
• Merge VoC with revenue and transactional data to tie feedback to outcomes.
• Design and maintain real-time dashboards for stakeholders.
• Produce comprehensive ROI reports and leadership analyses.
• Partner with tech teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
• Lead recurring VoC health meetings to align stakeholders.
