Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2–3 data scientists; set goals, provide feedback, and drive professional growth
• Oversee end-to-end data science projects from ideation to production and monitoring
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, IT, and Data Engineering to translate insights into actions
• Communicate complex findings to senior leadership and non-technical audiences
• Ensure data integrity and ethical guidelines in modeling and deployment
