Job summary

Marriott Vacations Worldwide is seeking a Customer Insights Analyst to deploy Voice of the Customer frameworks, translate survey data into actionable insights, and partner with owners and guests to improve experiences.

This remote role will coordinate with legal, IT security, procurement and other functions to implement CX technology, manage day-to-day surveys, and drive action across the customer journey while collaborating with the Global Data Insights team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in market research, consumer surveys, marketing, analytics, or UX/CX teams focused on customer needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, statistics, or related field.
• Experience using data, especially VOC data, to support recommendations and drive change.
• Experience with survey platforms (Qualtrics, Medallia, or similar) for programming and deployment.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day needs of the current satisfaction survey program.
• Interface with external survey software vendors to improve program effectiveness.
• Help internal clients interpret and apply survey insights.
• Provide thought leadership on VOC and CX across the organization.
• Build action-oriented customer feedback engagement across the journey.
• Help create closed feedback loops to improve satisfaction.
• Collaborate across the business to support VOC and CX programs.
• Identify ways to create more frictionless experiences for owners and guests.
• Measure KPIs across the customer journey with the Global Data Insights team.
• Continuously learn and improve professional skills.
